Pricing, Payments & Shipping

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

  • Shipping Fees: We apply a transparent Flat Rate of 80 EGP for shipping to any governorate in Egypt.

  • Payment Methods: We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to ensure you can inspect your product before final payment.

  • Price Changes: SHUZAR reserves the right to update prices at any time based on market conditions.

Shipping & Logistics Policy

We partner with Bosta to provide nationwide coverage:

  • Delivery Window: Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed for immediate handling.

  • Tracking: You will receive real-time updates via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection laws and our commitment to quality:

  • Inspection: You have the right to inspect your order in front of the courier.
  • 14-Day Returns & Exchanges: You may request a full refund or size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued via Electronic Wallet within 7–14 business days.
  • Return Shipping: Customer covers the 80 EGP shipping fee for returns and exchanges. 
  • Conditions: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with clean soles.
