Inspect Before You Accept

To ensure absolute transparency, you have the right to open and inspect your footwear in front of the courier before signing or paying. If the item does not meet your expectations at the point of delivery, you may refuse the order on the spot—no fees, no questions asked.

Return & Exchange Window (14 Days)

At SHUZAR, your satisfaction is our priority. You have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request either a full refund or a size exchange, providing you with total peace of mind.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, pristine, and unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags included.

  • Fees: For both returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Method: Refunds are securely processed via Electronic Wallets (e.g., Vodafone Cash) after our team receives and inspects the returned item.

  • Timeline: The refund process is completed within 14 business days from the date we receive the item, ensuring a transparent and reliable experience.

Exchange Window (14 Days)

If the size isn't a perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free exchange service:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange.

  • Process: We will send a courier to your door to collect the item and deliver the new size within 1-2 business days.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To maintain our "Elite Quality" standards, all returned items must meet these criteria:

  • Unworn & Clean: Shoes must be unworn with perfectly clean soles (no outdoor use).

  • Original Packaging: Must include the original SHUZAR box, tags, inserts, and all accessories.

  • No Damage: The product must show no signs of creases or damage.

Shipping Fees for Returns/Exchanges

  • Exchanges: For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the standard shipping fees (80 EGP).

  • Defective Items: In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, SHUZAR covers all shipping costs for the replacement. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.
