Order Processing & Cut-off Time

To ensure the fastest delivery, we process orders with precision:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Cairo Time).
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically handed over to our courier on the same or next business day.
  • Handling Time: 0–1 Business Day (Sunday to Thursday).

Nationwide Delivery Timelines

We partner exclusively with Bosta to provide premium logistics coverage:

  • Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: Delivery within 24 to 48 hours.

  • All Other Governorates: Delivery within 48 hours (maximum).

  • Note: Deliveries are made from Saturday to Thursday.

Flat Rate Shipping

We keep it simple and transparent. No hidden fees or unexpected costs:

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of 80 EGP applies to all orders, regardless of your location in Egypt.

Real-Time Tracking

Stay updated every step of the way. Once your order is picked up by Bosta:

  1. You will receive an automated WhatsApp message with your unique tracking code.

  2. You can use this code to follow your package's journey in real-time until it reaches your door.

Inspection Upon Delivery (Peace of Mind)

Your satisfaction is our priority. We encourage you to open and inspect your footwear in the presence of the courier before completing the payment. If the product does not meet our premium standards, you may return it on the spot with the courier.
